Bridal Consultation -Alteration Pre-Book

Service Description

Consultation to discuss bridal alterations for gowns that include beadwork, applique, lace, boning, multi-layer skirt, etc. This 45 minute appointment is the first step - before we book a fitting appointment. We will determine the scope of the work, schedule the fitting appointment, when the work will be completed, and price quote for the sew work. Although we will not be pinning the dress during this consultation appointment, you will try the dress on and we will discuss what's needed for a proper fit and other customizations. Please remember the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your dress. This is the first step before we're able to book the actual fitting appointment. We will likely book the fitting appointment 10 to 12 weeks before the event date to ensure that we're tailoring the dress to the most accurate measurements. There is a $40 fee for the initial consultation appointment. If we move forward with booking the fitting appointment, there is a $100 deposit for the fitting appointment, which is applied to the alterations needed. The total cost of the agreed upon alterations are due on the day of the fitting appointment (minus the deposit), not during the consultation.
